Ingredients
  • 1pound cubed watermelon
  • 12oz New Belgium Juicy Watermelon
  • 2tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Instructions
  1. Place cubed watermelon in a large bowl
  2. Pour in the beer, enough to fully submerge all of the watermelon pieces
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or longer if needed, then drain beer out.
  4. Skewer each cube of watermelon or multiple cubes together with a toothpick or longer skewer. Place on a large serving platter.
  5. Sprinkle with mint and serve chilled

Optional: Also add 2 oz of crumbled Cotija cheese.
