Materials

  • 2 oz. Botanical Rum We used Callisto Spirits Botanical Rum.
  • 1 oz. Apricot Liqueur We used Bitter Truth's version.
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour in the botanical rum, apricot liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake for 15 seconds.
  • Use the strainer at the top of the cocktail shaker to pour into a glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime and/or chunks of pineapple.
  • Enjoy this refreshing drink.
