Georgia Brewers Adopt The Brewers Association’s Independent Craft Brewer Seal

In an effort to demonstrate which beers are authentically craft – and not owned by Big Beer – Georgia brewers have adopted the Brewers Association‘s independent craft brewer seal. To date, 84% of small and independent brewing companies in Georgia have signed on to use the seal.

This adoption is a big win for both Brewers and the Brewers Association. Beer lovers vote with their dollars and are increasingly interested in transparency when it comes to brewery ownership. The wide adoption of the seal means customers can more easily identify and support these independent businesses.

There are now over 4,421 small and independent breweries across the country that have signed on for the seal. Interested in learning more about the Seal? You can find more information here.
