New English Brewing is Celebrating 10 years!
Founded in 2007 and based on filling the gap for English style ales, New English Brewing was born on the idea of a “real-ale” or cask-conditioned beer. They have over 40 medals under their belt including awards from the Great American Beer Fest as well as the World Beer Cup. They offer a variety of styles including: honey ales, West Coast IPAs, barrel-aged ales, coffee stouts, Belgian-styles, and blondes! Every beer that they make is delicious, so you really can’t go wrong! One of our personal favorites is their Blueberry Blonde!

The festivities kick off at the VIP Session from noon to 3pm on July 8th. Food and drinks are included in the admission price. Also, the first 15 guests will receive a free limited edition anniversary growler! 3pm to 7pm will be FREE admission.
ANNIVERSARY BEER
They’re brewing a brand new beer for this special occasion and will reveal it at the event! New English is very excited to be collaborating with a renowned local brewer for their 10-year anniversary beer, who will be unmasked at a later date. The style is based off a “Hazy” IPA with tons of juicy hops and smooth drinkable character. Therefore, a very delicious beer!
In addition to the Anniversary Party, it is the Grand Opening of the brand new addition to their tasting room, “The Barrel Room at New English!”

The new 2,700 square foot tasting room is an extension to their existing brewery taproom in Sorrento Valley. As the name suggests, The Barrel Room at New English houses their barrel-aged beer program. This is where a variety of beers are resting in Bourbon barrels and features a 32-foot natural stone-topped bar with beer dispensed through a custom, polished stainless steel 20 tap draft system. After the opening, this venue will also available for rent for events in the future! We had the opportunity to have a sneak peak of this awesome new space. This unique space is absolutely stunning, and perfect for any event!
