On Thursday, September 7th, Bellamy’s in Escondido, is hosting a beer dinner with Mother Earth Brew Company. Mother Earth strives to create distinguished, hand craft beers that stimulate sensory conversation and a desire for the next sip. Their goal is to create complex, palate-pleasing beers to satisfy even the most discriminating beer drinkers. At Bellamy’s, every guest will experience flavorful dishes in an upscale yet relaxed family dining atmosphere. This unique dinner pairing is to help diners understand the complexities of tastes with the help of libations!
There is no better better way to savor the taste of farm to table California cuisine with French influence, than paired alongside locally brewed San Diego ales! Each beer will be selected to specifically explore the hidden flavors of these mouth-watering dishes! Each ticket is $49 per person and includes a four-course dinner and beer pairing from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with all food served family-style.
First course: Grilled Peach & Arugula Salad paired with the Say When IPA.
Second course: Baked Brie in Pastry with Vanilla Poached Pear paired with the Cali Creamin’ Cream Ale.
Third course: Beer Braised Beef with Mushrooms & Root Vegetables paired with the ESB English Style Bitter Ale.
Dessert course: Cream Puffs with Orange Filling paired with the Four Seasons of Mother Earth Spring Dry Hopped Saison.
