Common Theory Introduces New Chef & Menu!

Common Theory Public House is an innovative craft beer-centric hotspot in Convoy and they have revamped their menu completely! The new menu boasts new and creative dishes suited to the neighborhood’s eager food lovers. The brains behind the menu shift is thanks to the Common Theory new, Executive Chef A.G. Warfield (formerly of Churchill’s Pub and Grille in San Marcos). He packs a passion for gastronomic arts. He also has an extensive knowledge of brewing, fitting for Common Theory’s craft focus and devotion to serving inventive eats.

Some of the delicious new menu items from Common Theory:

Some eye-catching highlights of the new menu include the Beet & Watermelon Poke. This is prepared with salt roasted beets, roasted watermelon, flax seed oil, sea beans, onion, cucumber, nori and sesame oil. They’re also serving up taro chips with it.

 

 

The next new item on the menu is the Chef’s Burger; containting a ground chuck burger, crab cake, cheddar cheese, hollandaise, arugula and a fried egg.

 

 

Flock of Duck Fries is another favorite with a twist. They’re crafting the dish with fresh shoe string fries, shredded duck confit, crispy duck skin, duck gravy, fried duck egg and scallions.
